What Really Matters

It could be a large seed

Or it could be a tiny seed

It doesn't really matter

Does it grow into a big tree?

That is what really matters

Does standing still win a race?

Running all the way wins it

Running non-stop to the finish line

Starting ahead is not the big deal

Finishing ahead is the big deal

Starting at the bottom is not the problem

Does a plane start from a tall mountain?

Let the wings grow and take to the sky

And fly higher and higher 

Staying at the bottom is the problem

Is the capital big or small?

The job or education level low?

That is not the question

Is there a sound growth plan?

That is the question
