Filled with vengeance, you hate someone
Seething with anger you are thrusting the sword
Steaming with malice you want to hurt the other
But this angry sword is double edged
As you stab the other person, the other end
Is piercing deeper and deeper into your own heart
Ruled by fury, you are casting curses at someone
Burning with anger you are tightening the noose
Congealing with cold animosity toward the other
But this vengeful noose is a double edged sword
The other end of the rope holds a noose for your neck
All the while it is tightening on your neck as well
Driven by vengeance to get even with someone
Amassing a cache of deadly weapons inside you
Scheming to obliterate the ones you hate
But this vengeful arsenal is deadly poison
It is poisoning your heart before you fire it
Destroying you before it reaches the target of your hate
When you are focusing anger on others it comes back and destroys you.
