That Distant Vision

If the eyes can see the vision miles away
As clearly as they do a shiny sunny day
Then it matters not, hey
If the legs be not there that day
To carry you to your vision all the way
The legs will definitely come some day

If the heart can believe in the vision miles away
As strongly as it does the real truth in a way
Then it matters not, hey
If the wheels be not there that day
To drive you to your vision all the way
The wheels will definitely come some day

If the mind can focus on the vision miles away
As resolutely as a fire-kindling beam may
Then it matters not, hey
If the wings be not there that day
To fly you to your vision all the way
The wings will definitely come some day

  1. It's not the legs that possess the power to propel you to the destination, it is the vision, the belief and the focus given to your aim.

  2. This poem tells the truth. Not instant rubbish. Work towards a real vision slowly and with certainty.
