As the smile comes alive in style
As the smile journeys from the lips in a file
The face that was hardened and rugged in wile
Lights up in delightful smoothness and tenderness
And on from there, like a wave it spreads and breeds
It captures the whole room like spring in bloom
Touching each soul with ample warmth all the while
And all those touched faces light up too in delight
And on from there still, beyond in such a thrill
The smile lights up the rest of the world for miles
