Don't Be a Murderer

Before you unleash that blade
And spill that sacred blood
Before you flex that finger
And then pull that trigger
Before you set that bomb
To send many to the tomb
Can you fellow create that life
Other than bring more strife?
Can you fill the void so left
Unique matchless that cleft?

Long Arm of the Law

Criminals try to run to the distant places
Fugitives try to hide among multitudes
Law breakers try to change their looks
Thugs try to put trust in their knives
All to try to beat the long arm of the law

The Paradox that is a Hospital

Cries and cries of those bidding bye to life
Moans of those who can’t save their dears
Suffering of those who are ill and hopeless
Heartaches of the forlorn keepers and lovers
Yes at the hospital there is great sadness

Politician

The president patently cheated you
Where is that road he promised everyone?
He couldn’t even remember to pave one
Potholes are all over the roads you use
He squandered all your taxes on booze
Vote him again and forget about the road

The other aspirants are just lying too
How can that lawyer be an honest fellow?
That tycoon only cares about the rich-row
Doctors hardly know how to build a road
Women always take shortcuts, never a road
Vote them and your tax goes down the drain

I am the only candidate who is true
The road I will build will be faster than light
On this super road It will always be daylight
Accidents will certainly flee from this road
Congestion will never happen on this road
Vote me and you have the best road in the world
